Welcome to our cozy Baraboo Bungalow! Main Level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining table, living room with electric fireplace, laundry room, and pantry. NO lower level access. OUTDOOR DECK: -Gas BBQ grill -6 person outdoor dining table PARKING DETAILS: NO garage on premises. Gravel parking pad located off the alley behind the home. Parking on the grass is prohibited. Vehicles are prohibited from blocking the sidewalk. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. *****Alternate side parking is enforced Oct. 1st through April 15th.***** Vehicles must park on the ODD numbered side of the street on ODD numbered dates and EVEN side of the street during EVEN numbered dates. Violators are subject to penalties that they are fully responsible for. See City of Baraboo website for more information on Alternate Side Parking. On-site parking strictly prohibits RVs and campers. Failure to comply could result in a warning, fee, and/or towing. Upon guest request and homeowner approval, an additional fee on an individual basis may apply. PROVIDED: Bed linens and pillows for sleeping accommodations, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper towel roll, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, laundry dryer sheets, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, basic BBQ grill utensils, coffee pot, toaster, hair dryer, and clothes hangers. UPON DEPARTURE: ***Please notify the homeowner of any accidental damage in/around the property upon arrival and prior to departure*** -Checkout: 10:00 am -Windows, doors, and garage closed and locked -All lights turned off -Electric fireplace turned off -Used dishes washed and stored -Food, beverages, and condiments removed from pantry and refrigerator/freezer -Spills wiped up -Leave all used beds unmade -Leave all used towels in a pile in the bathtub on the main level -TV remotes (2) accounted for and placed on coffee table and master bedroom nightstand -If BBQ grill is used, please turn off the gas and wipe down heavily soiled areas -Garbage placed in large garbage/recycling bin located outside in the back of the home -Thermostats set to 70 NOTE: -*Must be 25+ to make a reservation -*ID verification may be requested -*If parents are not present in the event of young adults occupying the property, all guests must be 21+ -Water park and beach towels are not provided -All towels are to be used inside the home -Daily housekeeping is not provided DISCLAIMERS: -No smoking inside the home -No pets -No parties/large events -No fireworks *Violators are subject to CANCELLATION of stay WITHOUT a refund or a $500 fee* ***The requested and approved number of guests is enforced.
