Welcome to the Dells Domain 2.0! Our cozy, modern farmhouse, is centrally located downtown Wisconsin Dells. Upon entry, you'll notice the open concept floor plan with high quality furnishings. The main floor of this home features luxury vinyl plank flooring, tile in the bathrooms, and solid oak doors. The gorgeous kitchen has black quartz countertops accented with off-white and brown cabinets, full-size stainless steel appliances including a gas range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, large sink, toaster, Keurig coffee maker (with coffee pods), ample kitchen cabinets, a large island with seating for 4, and dining table with seating for 6. The family room has a stunning gas fireplace and a mounted 55” Roku Smart TV above it. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and a wall-mounted clothes rack with laundry detergent pods available for your convenience. The master bedroom and ensuite, 2nd bedroom, and main bathroom are also located on the main level. The living and kitchen area flows to the outdoor composite deck with a gas BBQ grill and seating accommodations for 8. The lower level begins with carpeted stairs that are met with luxury vinyl plank flooring in the common area, tile in the bathroom, and carpet in the 2 bedrooms. The common area has a large family room with a wall-mounted 60” Roku Smart TV, counter height dining table with 3 bar stools, foosball table, Pac-Man, and dry bar. PARKING DETAILS: A maximum of 4 mid-sized vehicles can park on-site (2 garage parking spaces and 2 driveway parking spaces)-- Parking on the grass is prohibited. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles are prohibited from blocking the sidewalk– violators are subject to penalties that they are fully responsible for. Garage Access: To open the garage, you must use the interior garage door button (this means you would need to access the home through the smart lock keyless entry on the front door and go into the garage to open and close the garage door). Outside access on the keypad to the garage is not provided. On-site parking strictly prohibits RVs and campers. Failure to comply could result in a warning, fee, and/or towing. Upon guest request and homeowner approval, an additional fee on an individual basis may apply. PROVIDED: Bed linens and pillows for sleeping accommodations, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper towel roll, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, laundry dryer sheets, garbage bags, travel size shampoo, travel size conditioner, travel size body soap, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, basic BBQ grill utensils, Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, toaster, hair dryer, and clothes hangers. UPON DEPARTURE: -Checkout: 10:00 am -Windows, doors, and garage closed and locked -All lights turned off -Fireplace turned off -Used dishes washed and stored -Food, beverages, and condiments removed from pantry and refrigerator/freezer -Spills wiped up -Leave all used beds unmade -Leave all used towels in a pile in the bathtub on the main level -TV remotes (3) accounted for and placed on coffee tables and master bedroom nightstand -If BBQ grill is used, wipe down heavily soiled areas -Gas to BBQ grill turned off -Garbage placed in large garbage/recycling bin located outside on the side of the house -Thermostats set to 72 (summer) and 68 (winter) ***Please notify the homeowner of any accidental damage in/around the property upon arrival and prior to departure*** NOTE: -*Must be 25+ to make a reservation -*ID verification may be requested -*If parents are not present in the event of young adults occupying the property, all guests must be 21+ -Water park and beach towels are not provided -All towels are to be used inside the home -Daily housekeeping is not provided DISCLAIMERS: -No smoking inside the home/garage -No pets -No parties/large events -No fireworks *Violators are subject to cancellation of stay or a $500 fee* ***The requested and approved number of guests is enforced.
